("Website"), the Maggie's mobile application on iOS or Android devices including phones, tablets, or any other electronic devices ("Maggie's App"), or the mobile site, www.maggies.in
("Mobile Site")—together, the Website, Maggie's App, and Mobile Site are referred to as the "Platform"—or by purchasing products through the Platform, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement governs your use of the Platform, the trade name Maggie's ("Business Name"), the offer of products for sale on the Platform, and/or your purchase of products available through the Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, “you” or “user” means any individual or legal entity who uses the Platform or purchases products from the Platform using any device, including mobile phones, tablets, or computers.
This Agreement incorporates by reference all policies and guidelines referred to herein. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any such policies or guidelines, the terms of this Agreement shall govern the subject matter hereof, and the terms of the policies shall govern their respective subjects. You are encouraged to carefully review all such policies and guidelines available on the Platform.
Maggie's reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms. Maggie's encourages users to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of the terms governing the Platform and product purchases.
This Agreement does not override any other written agreement you may have with Maggie's for other products or services. In the event of any conflict, the terms of the other agreement shall prevail for the relevant subject matter. If you do not agree with this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please stop using the Platform immediately.

Maggie's currently delivers orders of the products listed on the Platform ("Products") and provides various offers displayed on the Platform ("Offers") only in Bengaluru. We cannot process orders outside our operating locations. Any updates to the operating locations will be posted on the Platform.
All Products are subject to availability, and Maggie's reserves the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or discontinue Products without notice, even if an order has already been placed.
We make every effort to display Product descriptions, images, and colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to technical or display differences. Prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Maggie's will not be liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
Orders are placed in standard quantities, and slight differences in supplied quantities may occur. You will only be charged for the quantity delivered. Any excess amount paid will be refunded via a method determined by Maggie's, such as store credit or mobile wallet transfer.
All Products are perishable. Please read the instructions on the packaging before use. Offers are subject to their own terms as listed on the Platform. Maggie's retains proprietary rights and trade secrets in all Products. Copying, reselling, or redistributing Products is strictly prohibited.
By placing an order through the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Maggie's reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
Unless you notify in writing our third-party vendors or Maggie's advisors of your intention to opt out from marketing communications, you agree to receive emails, calls, and other messages from Maggie's.

Maggie's owns all proprietary rights and trade secrets for its Products. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any Product or content from the Platform, including trademarks, design, or page layout.
The Platform offers Products, information, and marketing materials, including links to third-party websites and apps. Maggie's does not always create this information and does not guarantee its accuracy. Any content created by Maggie's is protected by intellectual property laws. Your use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Links to third-party websites or apps are for convenience only. Maggie's does not endorse them and is not responsible for any content, damages, or reliance on these external sites.
Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, may use the Platform. Minors (under 18) cannot register or transact. Legal guardians may transact on behalf of minors. Maggie's reserves the right to terminate accounts if a user is found underage. Users must not use the Platform for illegal purposes, spam, reselling materials, or harassing others.
By posting content on the Platform, you grant Maggie's a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, or create derivative works. You are responsible for your content and interactions with other users. Maggie's may, at its discretion, remove content deemed inappropriate.
The Platform and Products are provided "as is" and "as available." Maggie's disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Maggie's liability is limited to the amount you paid for Products in the last month, excluding taxes and shipping. Maggie's is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Maggie's harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or Products, breach of this Agreement, or violation of any rights. Maggie's may seek assurances from you in the event of a third-party claim.
Product weights may vary slightly. Prices are dynamic, GST-exclusive, and include delivery charges. The final amount includes shipping and GST. Charges are based on actual quantities delivered.
We accept major national credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and PayLater options via Razorpay. International cards are currently not accepted.
Returns are valid only for trial packs. Treats, gelatos, and Pawpsies cannot be returned. Unopened packs may be refunded upon pickup. Trial packs may be refunded within 15 days if your pet does not like the food. Subscriptions are non-refundable for remaining deliveries. GST is refundable only if requested by the 7th of the following month.
Delivery charges are currently ₹150 plus applicable taxes. Maggie's may revise charges at its discretion.
Prices and Product availability may change without notice. Order modifications (recipes, address, delivery date) must be requested 24 hours before delivery. Maggie's reserves the right to cancel or limit orders at its discretion.
Maggie's respects your privacy. For details, please review the Privacy Policy on the Platform.
Force Majeure: Maggie's is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, war, or other causes beyond its control.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, including referenced policies, is the full agreement between you and Maggie's.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by Indian law and subject to courts in Karnataka. Class action rights are waived.
Termination: Maggie's may terminate your access without notice for breaches.
Domestic Use: The Platform and Products are intended for use within India. International access is at the user's risk.
Assignment & Severability: You may not assign your rights. Maggie's may assign its rights. Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.
