Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to all registered Maggie's users. Each user is automatically issued one unique referral code and can act as a referrer to other users.

2. Your Referral Code

Every user has a unique 8-character alphanumeric referral code, generated automatically and visible on the My Account page. This code is personal to you and cannot be changed.

3. Using a Referral Code

A referral code may only be entered by a new user, on their first purchase, at checkout. You cannot enter your own referral code. Once applied, a code cannot be changed or removed for that purchase. Only one referral code may be linked to a user's first purchase.

4. The Reward

Both the referrer and the referee each receive one week of free meals for ONE floof, once the referee's first purchase is successfully paid for.

5. How the reward works

The reward is applied as an extra delivery week added to a subscription pack (for example: Monthly packs go from 4 to 5 deliveries, Quarterly from 12 to 13, Half-Yearly from 24 to 25, and 7-Day packs from 1 to 2), for both the referrer and referee.

6. Eligible Purchases

The free delivery week can only be redeemed against a 7-Day, Monthly, Quarterly, or Half-Yearly pack. It cannot be applied to one-time i.e. Tasters, Treats or Accessories.

7. When the Reward Is Earned

The reward is only credited after the referee's first order has been successfully paid for - entering a code alone does not earn the reward.

8. Redeeming Your Reward

Once earned, a reward can be redeemed at any time by tapping "Redeem" in the Free Delivery Week section at checkout, on any future eligible order. Rewards do not expire, and multiple earned rewards can be redeemed one at a time on separate orders.

9. Referral Limit

A referrer can earn rewards from a maximum of 10 successful referrals. Your code remains valid for others to use beyond this limit, but no further reward will be credited to you past the 10th successful referral. The referee is not affected by this limit and will always receive their reward.

10. General Conditions

The reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for credit. Maggie's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Any fraudulent, abusive, or artificial use of the referral program (including self-referral attempts or fake accounts) may result in forfeiture of rewards and/or account action.
