Cancellation Policy – Maggie’s Last updated: 23/12/2025 At Maggie’s, our products are freshly prepared and made to order. Please review the cancellation terms below.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • Once an order is in preparation or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders cannot be cancelled once the first delivery has been completed.
  • Future deliveries under an active subscription are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refund on Cancellation

  • Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Delivery charges and taxes may not be refundable.
